Contest Description
The subscriber giveaway, herein referred to as “contest”, is a free giveaway providing the opportunity for subscribers from the Sean Divine YouTube channel to win prizes.
Agreement
To enter the contest, you must agree to these Official Rules (the “Rules”). Therefore, please read the following rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the giveaway constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the giveaway and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in the Rules, unless you agree to these Official Rules. All entrants must abide by YouTube Community Guidelines and entries which don’t comply will be disqualified. YouTube is not a sponsor of this contest and entrants agree to release YouTube from any and all liability related to this contest.
General Guidelines
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win; a purchase will not increase the chance of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the selection of winners, which shall be final. The contest begins and ends as stated on the contest entry page (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received before the deadline to be eligible.
Entry Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Contest. If you are not 18 years of age, you must have written permission from a Parent or Legal Guardian to enter the contest. Entrants agree that they will not enter if there is any restriction for entry into such Contest for any reason. Sean Divine Productions shall not be liable for any claims or liabilities resulting from such entry to Contest.
How To Enter

You may only submit 1 entry. Duplicate entries will result in being disqualified from the contest.
Winner Selection
Winner will be randomly selected from the comment section on the contest video.
Prizes
Prizes shall be clearly stated on the contest video / entry page.
Void where restricted or prohibited. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties and/or excessive shipping fees that may be incurred.
Winning Entries
Winners will be notified by email within 10 days of the end of the Contest Period. By participating in the Contest, each participant and the Winners waive any and all claims of liability against Sean Divine Productions for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.
Prizes shall be delivered digitally and/or shipped by a US mail carrier, at Sean Divine Productions’ discretion within 10 business days of notification of Winners. International shipping shall be considered solely at the discretion of Sean Divine Productions. If shipping costs to a certain country or territory are determined as excessive, or if shipment to Winner’s location is not possible, prize substitutions will be considered solely at the discretion of Sean Divine Productions.
Waiver of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify
By submitting any entry, each entrant, its, his, her or their heirs, successors and assigns (“entrant”) thereby releases, forever, discharges and covenants not to make a claim against Sean Divine Productions, the Contest, their affiliates, licensees, workers, representatives, successors from all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or in equity, suits, claims, demands, liability, loss, cost or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which entrant may have or hereafter have against Sean Divine Productions by reason of any injuries or damages entrant may sustain, whether to entrant’s person, property, reputation, or otherwise, as a result of, incident to, or related in any way to the entry, the Contest, or the use, incorporation or exploitation of the entry for any purpose described herein. Entrant waives and foregoes the right to seek injunctive relief against anyone relating in any way to the entry, the Contest, or the use, incorporation, or exploitation of the materials for any purpose described herein.
